Fees are not refundable within 30 days of course start date. However, we will accept alternative nominations or a credit note can be issued.

Cancellations / Transfers within 10 working days of course start date will be subject to an administration charge of £150.00 per student per course. Failure to attend a course without notification, or cancellations within 2 working days of the course, will result in forfeiture of the course fee.

Our preferred method of payment is BACS. If you wish to pay by credit card please call the office.

PRE-REGISTRATION POLICY:

Pre-registration and payment due prior to class start date.

Payment for the training course must be received 30 days before the class start date.

Class dates and hotels are subject to revisions.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations or transfers 10 days or less prior to the class will be levied a cancellation / late transfer fee.
