Scheduled Courses - UKCargo Training International : Terms and Conditions
Public Courses:
Payment is due 30 days before the course date. Fees are not refundable within 30 days of course date. However, we will accept alternative nominations or a credit note can be issued.
Cancellations/Transfers within 10 working days of course start date will be subject to an administration charge of £200.00 per student per course. Cancellations/transfers within 5 working days and failure to attend a course without notification, will result in forfeiture of the course fee.
Inhouse Courses:
Payment is due 30 days before the course date. Course fees are non-refundable within 30 days of course date, credit notes will be issued for the course fees and are valid for 12 months. Any expenses (which are non-refundable) must be paid to Car-go Training International (flights, hotels etc) in the event of cancellation by the customer or date changes.
Cancellations/Transfers within 21 days of course start date will be subject to an administration charge of £300.00 per day. Cancellations or date changes within 14 days will result in a 50% charge. Cancellations or date changes within 5 working days will result in forfeiture of the course fee.
Important Notes for Virtual Training:
Our virtual training courses are run in partnership with Logicom Hub. It is a legal requirement that you read, understand and sign the joining instructions for all virtual training courses. The learner pack with the training material cannot be dispatched until this has been signed and received by Logicom Hub and payment for the training has been made in full. The Learner Pack includes a dangerous goods manual (on loan only), workbook and an examinations paper in a sealed security envelope.
The security envelope must not be opened before instructed to do so at the start of the examination (the last session of the course). Any breaches in the terms and conditions on the joining instructions for air training must be reported to the Civil Aviation Authority.
